NATUROPATHY AND HERBAL MEDICINE

Naturopathy is a system of healing that aims to provide holistic or whole body healthcare.
Naturopathy seeks to use the natural healing powers of the body to cure itself. It focuses on treating the cause of a disease rather than the symptoms themselves.

Herbal medicine is based on scientific research built up over hundreds of years. Herbal medicine has its origins in ancient cultures including those of the Egyptians, American Indians and Chinese. It involves the medicinal use of plants to treat disease and enhance general health and wellbeing.

Naturopathy is a collection of healing systems, including:

• nutrition
• herbal medicine
• massage

AROMATHERAPY

Aromatherapy uses essential oils from plants, as a “therapy”, a way of improving a person’s health and well-being. Applying essential oils with massage can have significant positive effects on a person’s mood, as well as easing physical aches and pains. Aromatherapy is a natural way of enhancing and maintaining good health and a positive mental attitude.

AURA /BIO-ENERGY THERAPY

Aura / Bio-Energy healing therapy is a stimulation of the human organism with the emission of the healing energy transmitted through the therapist's hands. The healer uses his/her hands to channel the healing energy for therapeutic purposes. The emission stimulates immune system of the patient. As the result, the patient returns to health.

CUPPING THERAPY

Cupping therapy is an ancient Chinese method of causing local congestion. It has been practiced for thousands of years for the treatment of diseases and pain.

By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping is used to drain excess fluids and toxins; stimulate the nervous system; bring blood flow to stagnant muscles and loosen adhesions, connective tissue and stubborn “knots”. Cupping treatment stimulates and energises every channel in the body.

GUA SHA MASSAGE

Gua Sha massage technique. A porcelain Chinese soup spoon is used to scrape the skin. Gua Sha is used where pain, heat and stagnations are present. It is perfect for long-standing muscular pains extremely effective in releasing the stagnation and restoring the flow of blood and energy to the area of pain and disorder.
